ISSUE 038  ·  MATERIALS, CAPACITY, CONVERSION
Everyone is counting rare earths. Antimony is on the same critical minerals list, and no American mine produced it from the early 1990s to 2025.
Antimony trisulfide provides the friction-sensitive ignition in munitions primers; antimony trioxide retards flame in plastics, textiles, and circuit boards; in lead alloy, it hardens bullet cores and battery grids. The USGS Mineral Commodity Summaries 2026, published in February, reported US net import reliance for antimony at 91 percent of apparent consumption in 2025, up from 86 percent the year before. The average price of antimony metal reached an estimated $25 per pound in 2025, up from $10.24 in 2024, per the same report.
China, Russia, and Tajikistan accounted for roughly 85 percent of estimated world mine production in 2025, per the USGS. China imposed export licensing on antimony in September 2024, banned shipments of dual-use antimony items to the United States in December 2024, and suspended the ban in November 2025 following the Xi–Trump meeting in South Korea. The suspension runs until November 27, 2026. Exports to US military end users remain prohibited even during the suspension, under Article 1 of MOFCOM Announcement 46 of 2024.

Do this before December or regret it

In December President Trump will take the stage and shock the world.

Standing before the leaders of the most powerful nations on earth, at his own resort in Miami, I believe he’s set to unveil something that will impact every dollar you have saved and invested.

The original agenda for the G20 Summit was development finance and climate change.

That’s been scrapped.

Instead, my research indicates Trump could unveil a radical monetary reset that no one has prepared you for.

And the deeper I investigate, the more convinced I become that what happens in that room could draw a brutal dividing line – between those who understand what's happening to their money, and those who do not.

Which means between now and December, there is a window. A chance to get ahead of what could be the most consequential change to our money in half a century.

It wasn't voted on. It wasn't debated in the Senate. And most Americans have no idea it's even taking place but…

Not with crypto. Not with a digital currency. Something far bigger than that – and it's already been signed and sealed in the back rooms of D.C., ready to be issued by the U.S. Treasury.

Bypassing every legal and political channel under the guise of "national security," Trump has enacted this total money reset using a landmark executive order (14241).

Whether you’re a Democrat or Republican, whether you support this new money or not, it doesn't matter.

Soon, every U.S. citizen will be forced to use Trump's New Dollar to fill their gas tank, buy groceries, and pay medical bills.

Which is why I've produced a critical new documentary laying out exactly what Trump's New Dollar means for your savings, your investments, and your family's financial future.

Detailing three important steps you can take today to prepare – including the name of a core band of assets connected to Trump’s initiative that could surge as a result.

As you’ll see in my briefing, the last time America reset its money like this – under Richard Nixon’s presidency in the 1970s – it created one of the greatest wealth divides in the history of our nation.

On one side, it minted an average of 1,300 new millionaires a day for over half a century. And on the other… the folks left behind, drowning in debt, with no idea how to use America’s new money to create wealth.

As Trump rolls out his new dollar, the question is:

Do this before December or regret it
PLATE  ·  JAPAN’S RARE EARTH DIVERSIFICATION, 2010–2020
In September 2010, during a territorial dispute over the Senkaku Islands, China effectively halted rare earth exports to Japan. Japan depended on China for approximately 90 percent of its rare earth imports at the time, according to the Observer Research Foundation. The disruption lasted roughly two months, but the structural response took more than a decade.
In March 2011, JOGMEC and trading house Sojitz invested $250 million in Australia’s Lynas Corporation, establishing the first major non-Chinese rare earth processing pathway. Tokyo simultaneously funded recycling programs, substitution research, and strategic stockpiling across multiple ministries and budget cycles. By 2020, China’s share of Japan’s rare earth imports had declined to below 60 percent, per the same analysis.
The structural lesson is timescale. Japan had JOGMEC, formed in 2004 specifically for energy and mineral resource security, and still required a decade of sustained investment to bring the dependency below 60 percent. Fifteen years after the original disruption, Japan’s exposure to Chinese rare earth processing has not been fully unwound.
PLATE  ·  USAC ANTIMONY SMELTER, THOMPSON FALLS, MONTANA
On April 30, 2025, United States Antimony Corporation announced an expansion of the only antimony smelter in the United States, at Thompson Falls, Montana. The company contracted WSP USA for engineering at a capital budget under $15 million, per its SEC filing that day. The target is 400 tons of antimony per month, requiring a capacity expansion of up to 500%, according to Montana Public Radio reporting in April 2026.
The Defense Logistics Agency awarded USAC a sole-source, five-year contract valued at up to $245 million for antimony metal ingots to replenish the National Defense Stockpile on September 23, 2025, per Reuters. In March 2026, the Department of War added $27 million under Title III of the Defense Production Act for smelter modernization.
Commissioning of the expanded smelter began in May 2026 with the first of nine gas-fired furnaces, per the company’s June 9, 2026 press release. The facility sits thirteen miles west of Thompson Falls, along Prospect Creek, where USAC has smelted antimony since 1969.
