| ISSUE 033 · MATERIALS, CAPACITY, CONVERSION | |
| Everyone is counting rare earth mines. There are production figures for Mountain Pass in California, quarterly tonnage from Australian operations, oxide output charts for China. Now tell me who makes a finished neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnet outside China, and how many tonnes they shipped last year. The mine is four industrial steps from the magnet, and the magnet is the part that goes into the motor. | |
| Rare earth permanent magnets sit inside electric vehicle traction motors, wind turbine generators, precision-guided munitions, F-35 actuators, submarine propulsion systems, and MRI machines. The same sintered NdFeB magnet block, cut to different tolerances, serves a carmaker in Detroit and a missile integrator in Tucson. | |
| China produced 94 percent of the world’s sintered NdFeB permanent magnets as of 2024, according to the International Energy Agency. From January 1, 2027, DFARS 225.7018 prohibits the Pentagon from acquiring samarium-cobalt or neodymium-iron-boron magnets whose materials were mined, separated, or refined in China, North Korea, Russia, or Iran. The current restriction covers melting the alloy and all subsequent phases of production and expires December 31, 2026. China’s own one-year suspension of rare earth export controls, agreed at the Trump–Xi meeting in Busan on October 30, 2025, expires on November 10. | |

Do this before December or regret it
In December President Trump will take the stage and shock the world.
Standing before the leaders of the most powerful nations on earth, at his own resort in Miami, I believe he’s set to unveil something that will impact every dollar you have saved and invested.
The original agenda for the G20 Summit was development finance and climate change.
That’s been scrapped.
Instead, my research indicates Trump could unveil a radical monetary reset that no one has prepared you for.
And the deeper I investigate, the more convinced I become that what happens in that room could draw a brutal dividing line – between those who understand what's happening to their money, and those who do not.
Which means between now and December, there is a window. A chance to get ahead of what could be the most consequential change to our money in half a century.
It wasn't voted on. It wasn't debated in the Senate. And most Americans have no idea it's even taking place but…
Not with crypto. Not with a digital currency. Something far bigger than that – and it's already been signed and sealed in the back rooms of D.C., ready to be issued by the U.S. Treasury.
Bypassing every legal and political channel under the guise of "national security," Trump has enacted this total money reset using a landmark executive order (14241).
Whether you’re a Democrat or Republican, whether you support this new money or not, it doesn't matter.
Soon, every U.S. citizen will be forced to use Trump's New Dollar to fill their gas tank, buy groceries, and pay medical bills.
Which is why I've produced a critical new documentary laying out exactly what Trump's New Dollar means for your savings, your investments, and your family's financial future.
Detailing three important steps you can take today to prepare – including the name of a core band of assets connected to Trump’s initiative that could surge as a result.
As you’ll see in my briefing, the last time America reset its money like this – under Richard Nixon’s presidency in the 1970s – it created one of the greatest wealth divides in the history of our nation.
On one side, it minted an average of 1,300 new millionaires a day for over half a century. And on the other… the folks left behind, drowning in debt, with no idea how to use America’s new money to create wealth.
As Trump rolls out his new dollar, the question is:
| PLATE · STRATEGIC MATERIALS STOCKPILE WAREHOUSE, CIRCA 1951 |
| When the Korean War began in June 1950, the United States had a strategic stockpile law, a list of fifty-four critical material groups maintained by the Munitions Board, and a National Defense Stockpile valued at $1.6 billion with another $500 million on order, according to a CSIS analysis. Revised wartime objectives soon pushed the requirement to $7.49 billion. The stockpile held more than a fifth of what mobilisation demanded. |
| Congress appropriated $2.9 billion for emergency stockpile purchases within months, according to CSIS. The Defense Production Act of 1950 granted sweeping authority to direct industrial capacity. By 1953, the government had executed more than 425 exploration contracts, identifying new domestic sources of uranium, tungsten, beryllium, copper, and manganese, per CSIS. A $94 million government-financed copper-molybdenum complex in Arizona integrated a mill, smelters, a power plant, a townsite, and rail connections. |
| The structural pattern is consistent: the law arrives first, the physical capacity follows by years. DFARS 225.7018 is sixty-eight days from taking full effect. The first American rare earth magnet plant commenced manufacturing in December 2025. |
| PLATE · INDEPENDENCE RARE EARTH MAGNET FACILITY, FORT WORTH, TEXAS | |||
| On January 22, 2025, MP Materials announced that commercial production of neodymium-praseodymium metal had begun at its Independence facility in Fort Worth, Texas, per an SEC filing. The company’s 2025 10-K described it as the first fully integrated rare earth metal, alloy, and magnet manufacturing facility in the United States. Manufacturing of sintered NdFeB magnets commenced in December 2025. | |||
| The facility’s current capacity is roughly 1,000 metric tonnes of finished NdFeB magnets per year. Under a partnership announced July 10, 2025, the Department of Defense invested $400 million in equity and committed to a ten-year offtake agreement for the 10X facility, with Independence expanding to 3,000 metric tonnes annually, per MP Materials’ FY2026 10-Q. | |||
| The plant sits on eighteen acres in Fort Worth, with more than 180 employees in the magnetics segment, per the company’s 2025 annual filing. | |||
